Broadband Telecommunications Policy: Ending the Chaos
Roger G. Noll is a Senior Fellow of the 好色App Institute for Economic Policy Research and the co-director of its Program on Regulatory Policy. He is also the Morris M. Doyle Centennial Professor in Public Policy in the Department of Economics. Noll recently served on the King County (Washington) Expert Review Panel to make recommendations about high-speed cable access in the Seattle metropolitan area. He has written a longer paper analyzing these issues, "Resolving Policy Chaos in High-Speed Internet Access," that is available on the SIEPR website. Noll received his Ph.D. from Harvard and his B.S. from the California Institute of Technology.
